Coaching Plans

Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or chasing a podium finish, our coaching plans are built around you. From club-level basics to elite programming, we offer flexible options to suit your goals, experience, and budget.

With disciplines across triathlon or single sports like swim, bike or run, our coaching is practical, personal and no-fuss. Plans are delivered in 4-week blocks via email or WhatsApp, with regular contact from your coach. No apps, no data overload – just solid training backed by years of experience.

We keep it simple so you can focus on the hard work.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT A COACHING PLAN
R1,200 per year. Access to club kit, group sessions, tour and training camp discounts.

Plans are supplied in 4-week blocks either by email or WhatsApp. I do not use Training Peaks or any other training platform apps. Print out your plan and stick it on your fridge. It is advisable to have a decent sports watch and heart rate monitor. I do not use power meters. I do not use Strava or similar platforms. Athletes are expected to supply session feedback either by WhatsApp or email.
